Use of the App and Site

By using Fluent Duo and bilingualcouples.com, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be 13 or older. If you are under the legal age in your country, you need a parent or guardian's consent.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account. Don't share your login. Tell us at hello@bilingualcouples.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Conduct

Don't use Fluent Duo to harass, threaten, or send unlawful content. We can suspend accounts that do.

Content

Voice notes you record stay yours. By sending them through Fluent Duo, you grant us the limited right to store and deliver them to your paired partner. We do not use voice content for training models or for advertising.

Disclaimer

The app and site are provided "as is." We do our best but make no guarantees about uptime, fluency outcomes, or relationship harmony.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
